We know how important the decision of choosing a bed for your child is, which is why we have extended the return period to as long as 60 days. We want you to get to know our product better and enjoy it to the fullest. You don't have to justify your decision, but we appreciate any feedback that helps us improve our products and services.

Return your Lano Furniture bed in 5 simple steps:

1. Inform us of your wish to return the product via email
Download the form below, fill it in, and send it to us at biuro@lanomeble.pl or reklamacje@lanomeble.pl.

2. We will arrange a date for collecting your Lano Furniture bed
We will inform you on which day we can come to collect the returned bed. 2 days before the scheduled date, we will contact you to confirm the date and time of collection.

3. Prepare the product for transport
Pack the Lano Furniture bed in the same way it was delivered to you. Secure it properly for transport, preferably in the original Lano Furniture packaging.

4. Wait for the collection date
On the agreed day, we will come to collect the bed with our own transport. It will be your responsibility to take the packed product to the door of the delivery vehicle.

5. The refund will be made to your bank account
Your money will be refunded to the bank account number you provided in the return form.

2. How quickly will I receive a reply to my email regarding the wish to return the product?
We will reply to your email within a maximum of 2 days from receiving it. As for transport, a maximum of 2 weeks.

In response to your email stating your wish to make a return, we will send you a return form containing all the necessary details to be filled in. Useful information for us includes: order number, name, and address.
4. How should I prepare the returned product?
The returned product should be packed and secured for transport in the original Lano Furniture packaging.
5. How quickly will Lano Furniture collect my return?
We will collect the product you are returning using our own transport, within a maximum of 2 weeks from receiving your completed return form.
6. Will the money Lano Furniture refunds me cover 100% of the order cost?
The refunded amount will not include carrying or assembly costs, as these services have already been performed.
