General provisions

These Terms and Conditions have been drawn up in accordance with:
1. Act No. 108/20024 Coll. on Consumer Protection and on amendments to certain acts,
2. Act No. 40/1964 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended, and
3. other relevant legal regulations.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “Terms and Conditions”) apply to the purchase of goods from the Seller via the e-shop www.lanomeble.pl and by other purchasing methods specified in these Terms and Conditions. Purchases may be made by consumers and entrepreneurs as Buyers, provided that they agree that any purchase contracts concluded in this way will be governed by these Terms and Conditions, other terms stated on www.lanomeble.pl and the relevant legal regulations. These Terms and Conditions also set out the rules for using the e-shop www.lanomeble.pl and the additional features made available through the Online Shop.
